A file that could not be read is still listed in the exhibit with the reason. If a layout is not recognised, email the bank name and it is added within one business day.
One upload session: as many accounts, months and files as the matter holds, up to 200 files of 300 pages each. A rerun of the same files within 90 days, with or without hand edits, costs nothing, and so does adding a missed statement or two to it. Nothing is used until you download: running a matter and reading it on screen is free.
It is still in the exhibit: identity block, structure checks, the reason it was not read and the list of checks that did not run. You see all of that on screen before you pay.
No price per page. The caps above exist so one file cannot exhaust the server; a file over cap is examined and listed with the reason.
