Docuritas reads bank and card statement PDFs you upload, tests them by arithmetic and rules, and produces an exhibit and schedules. It is software producing a mechanical record. It is not accounting, legal or expert advice, and the exhibit contains no opinion and no finding of fact. You are responsible for every conclusion drawn from it.
Per matter: $999, paid once, never renews; the same matter re-runs at no charge for 90 days. There is no subscription. Never per page. The first matter's on-screen proof needs no account; further matters need a sign-in and, after two on the account, a credit, which is used only at download.
You confirm you are entitled to upload the files you upload. Files are processed in memory and discarded a day after you last open the matter; see privacy. We keep no copy, so we cannot return, recover or produce them, and a rerun requires the same files again.
Every statement is proven against the bank's own printed figures before it becomes an exhibit, and one that cannot be proven says so on its face. If the engine does read a row wrong — as the engine read it, before any correction made in review — send that row's citation to ville@docuritas.com within 14 days and you are credited a further matter, run at no charge. That is a credit and not a payment back: the same files re-run with the corrected reading cost nothing in any case, inside the rerun window, and what you wanted was a correct exhibit. The credit covers rows read from a statement's text layer. Rows on pages read by OCR sit outside the credit — the register names those files, and section 11 of the exhibit states that a misread character on an OCR'd page is caught only where it breaks the arithmetic.
