Uploaded files are processed in memory and never written to disk. Each file's bytes are released as it is read; the built matter is discarded after 60 minutes, or when you discard it, or when the session ends, whichever comes first. No source file is retained: there is no document archive, no extract store and no retention period. No third-party service and no language model processes a statement.
For a paid matter: the SHA-256 hash of its input files and the method version, so a rerun of the same files within 90 days is free. If you create an account: your email address and your plan. If you pay: the billing identity held by Dodo Payments as merchant of record (name, email, payment method, country), which we see as a customer id and a receipt. Usage logs are categorical (counts, outcomes, timings) and never contain amounts, names, dates or account numbers. A layout we could not read may be recorded as a shape (column headings) only, never a number.
Because no file is kept, a rerun means uploading the same files again. The stored hash recognises them and the rerun is not charged. We cannot return, recover or produce a file you uploaded; we do not have it.
