Uploaded files are processed in memory and never written to disk. Each file's bytes are released as it is read; the built matter is discarded 24 hours after you last open it (never later than 72 hours after it finished), or when you discard it, whichever comes first. No source file is retained: there is no document archive, no extract store and no retention period. No third-party service and no language model processes a statement.
For a paid matter: the SHA-256 hash of its input files, so a rerun of the same files within 90 days is free. If you create an account: your email address and your plan. If you pay: the billing identity held by Dodo Payments as merchant of record (name, email, payment method, country), which we see as a customer id and a receipt. Usage logs are categorical (counts, outcomes, timings) and never contain amounts, names, dates or account numbers. A layout we could not read may be recorded as a shape (column headings) only, never a number.
Because no file is kept, a rerun means uploading the same files again. The stored hash recognises them and the rerun is not charged. We cannot return, recover or produce a file you uploaded; we do not have it.
